Wing Chun Front Kick Theories and Principles

Wing Chun's front kick is very powerful. Used correctly it is very hard to see coming and takes your opponent by surprise.

A good kick isn't about how much you can push it is about how well you can channel your energy.

A good front/slant/stop kick is chambered from a 90% angle. Keep the kick below the solar plexus. The foot comes up from the front ball pushing so we can send energy up rather than pushing energy up.
